In-Kind Donor $3000+
This sponsorship level is for sponsors who would like to donate $3000 or more of in-kind services or products to benefit the UCDA Design Conference. This can include printing services, paper, banners and other environmental design products, promotional products, and others. If you are choosing this option, please fill in your amount which must be $3000 or more in value. Please indicate the items, the value and other details on your application/agreement form and call our office to arrange details. The benefits are very similar to the $3000 Bronze monetary sponsorship, with some exceptions. This level includes several branding exposure benefits, and discount to be an Expo Exhibitor and Conference Full Pass discount, as well as discounted add-on options.

In-Kind Donor Up to $3000
This sponsorship level is for sponsors who would like to donate up to but less than $3000 of in-kind services or products to benefit the UCDA Design Conference. This can include printing services, paper, banners and other environmental design products, promotional products, and others. If you are choosing this option, please fill in your amount which must be $3000 or more in value. Please indicate the items, the value and other details on your application/agreement form and call our office to arrange details. This level includes several branding exposure benefits, and discount to be an Expo Exhibitor and Conference Full Pass discount, as well as discounted add-on options.

$1200.00 Expo Exhibitor
The UCDA Expo is one of the highlights of the conference. Exhibitors receive a 8'x10' dedicated booth, with premium pipe and drape behind and on both sides, a 6-foot table and two chairs. The event includes breakfast and the opportunity for Exhibitors to provide items for our hourly Expo Prize Announcements. This includes one (1) Expo Pass only. If Exhibitors need an additional pass for an additional person, please contact our office to receive a discounted pass (this is to cover breakfast service and other amenities charged by the hotel, conference badges and other items on a per person basis.) Exhbitors can also purchase discount Conference passes if they wish to attend the entire conference. Design Pod Option - Limited Availability, It is first come first served, so book yours early and check with office first to add this to your sponsorship. This a 30-minute presentation you can provide to the attendees, and present your company with audio/video support to a small assembled and seated audience while the expo is running. We typically have seating for 20 people.

$250.00 Swag Bag Insert
This provides the opportunity for sponsors to reach our audiences through marketing collateral, branded promotional gifts, and other items. Sponsors may insert one physical piece that must fit in the bag. Arrangements will be made for receiving items directly shipped to the hotel's Fed Ex office.

$500.00 Sponsor Pod
Sponsor Pods happen during the Expo. There are a limited amount and must be arranged with UCDA before payment.
