THREE WAYS TO REGISTER

3. Call Us
Call us at 615-459-4559 and we can register you by phone. Please have your payment information available. Once registered, a link will be provided for you to select your sessions, or you may tell us those over the phone.

To ensure proper space for each session, you will be asked to select sessions after registering.

UCDA's room block is currently sold out at he Portland Marriott Downtown Waterfront hotel. A limited number of rooms may be available but not at the discounted rate. We have secured a block of rooms at an overflow hotel for your convenience for the nights of Friday, October 11 through Tuesday, October 15.

Tucked away in the city’s Fountain District, The Hotel Zags Portland is an oasis in the heart of downtown. At the newly renovated hotel, they are on a mission to tell a different story–one that brings together Oregon’s natural beauty and the city’s quirky culture.
The hotel stay is not included in the conference registration fees. You are responsible for making your own hotel reservations. Room blocks may fill before the hotel deadline and have sold out the last few years, so please make your reservation immediately to ensure the discounted rate and availability.
TRAVEL
GETTING TO PORTLAND
Portland International Airport (PDX) is is located 9 miles northeast of downtown Portland and is connected to the city center via MAX light rail train.
Union Station (Amtrak) with its elegant architecture,
50-foot clock tower, and cheerful “Go By Train” neon sign, is a Portland landmark located at the foot of the Broadway Bridge in Old Town Chinatown, just minutes from the center of downtown.
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION

TAXI AND RIDE-SHARING
Taxi and ride-sharing services are available from the airport and throughout Portland. Approximate taxi fare from airport to hotel is $45 USD.
CARBON OFFSETS
For $18, you may purchase and offset the carbon created by your travel. Participants will receive a luggage tag and will be purchasing 1-1/2 tons, no matter the distance.
