As UCDA expands and enhances our design educator membership and community, we are working to provide substantive thought leadership, resources, networking, community, professional development, and support of best practices and excellence in design practice and design education while providing opportunities for design educators to be involved in shaping and contributing to these efforts.

This is an opportunity to get the latest information, discuss topics with peers, and make your contribution to the initiatives and activities of UCDA. We will have presenters and discussion group facilitators each day. There will be time to relax, share in conversation, socialize, or just hang out. We look forward to having you join us!

Deadline to Register for all Lunch and Learns: Friday, April 25

• Location: UNC Charlotte: Rowe Arts Building, Room 290, 9119 University Rd
• Lunch Menu: Assorted sandwich buffet including a vegetarian option, salad, chips, fruit, cookies, and drinks. 
• Cost: $20 per daily lunch. Lunches will include sandwich buffet, salad, chips, fruit, cookies, drinks. There will be a vegetarian option sandwhich.  
• Daily Lunch Tickets will be supplied at the registration table to those attendees who registered and ordered lunch. Attendees who do not order lunch are welcome to join us for the program, but will have to arrange to bring their own lunch.

Topic: UCDA Design Education Overview

Join us for lunch as we provide a brief presentation followed by small group discussions on UCDA Design Education's strategic priorities, initiatives, and activities. We will share updates on what we have been working on this year, as well as information on what is coming up in the future. Each day has a specific theme, but there will also be plenty of time for visiting, sharing, and general discussion.
