Glenn Arnowitz is the director of Creative Services for Pfizer Consumer Healthcare. In addition to working for Pfizer, Glenn is the co-founder of InSource, an association that helps in-house creatives achieve design excellence and recognition within their companies and the business community. He is a frequent contributor to leading design publications and blogs and has contributed to the books Bringing Design In-House and In-House Design In Practice. Glenn has presented at many design conferences and organizations including HOW Design Live, In-House Manager's Conference, Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), Design Thinkers Conference (Toronto), Interagency Visual Media Group Conference, Parenting Publications of America (PPA), RDV Design Conference (Montreal), Merck, Deloitte, UCDA, and Kean University.

Jim Bachor is a mosaic artist anf the 2016 UCDA Foundation Krider Prize for Creativity Recipient. Chicago artist Jim Bachor adapts the ancient art form of mosaic and applies it to contemporary life. Working almost 25 years as a designer in advertising helped facilitate this melding of old and new ideas. From junk food to potholes to breakfast cereal, his work permanently locks into mortar unexpected concepts drawn from the present. Harnessing and exploiting the limitations of this indestructible technique, his work surprises the viewer while challenging long-held notions of what a mosaic can be.

SooJin Buzelli is senior vice president and creative director at Asset International. She has been art directing and designing financial publications and industry events since 1996. She implemented a new vision for the design of PLANSPONSOR, and translated that success into the art direction of many Asset International's products including PLANADVISOR and Chief Investment Officer. SooJin's art direction has been recognized by American Illustration, Art Directors Club, Communication Arts, Spectrum, Society of Illustrators, and Society of Publication Designs. SooJin holds an Illustration BFA from Rhode Island School of Design. She is very active in the illustration community, having served as a board member of Illustration Conference and judged many illustration competitions, including American Illustration and Society of Illustrators. She was also awarded the prestigious 2015 Richard Gangle Art Director Award.

Christian Goy is the co-founder and managing director of the Behavioral Science Lab. Starting his career in strategic planning on both the client and agency sides, he developed a love for consumer insights and targeting. The lack of substantial data, showing why consumers make the purchase decisions they do, led to his desire to answer the unknown questions of WHY. Combining his passion and curiosity for arts and science, he embarked on the entrepreneurial journey to help develop behavioral economics research tools that today are used for multiple marketing and business applications. A native of Germany and former Olympic hopeful, Christian holds a B.A. in management and organization leadership as well as an MBA with a focus in marketing. His research experiences include clients such as AT&T, BMW, Coca Cola, MINI, Lexus, State Farm Insurance and Wells Fargo, among many others.

Tim Taliaferro is the vice president of Communications and Digital Strategy, University of Texas at Austin were he oversees the alumni association for the university, and is the editor-in chief of Alcalde, the award-winning alumni magazine. He oversees the association's websites, bi-monthly print publication, social media, creative services, media relations, and video production. Under Tim's leadership, the communications arm of the Texas Exes has won numerous awards, including from CASE, the Society of Publication Designers, and most recently a Webby. Before joining the Texas Exes, Tim worked at the Huffington Post on their politics desk, and he helped launch the Chicago page, the Huffington Post's first local vertical.
