Lou created in-house campaigns for national clients such as Tiffany & Co., Saks Fifth Avenue, The Limited, Home Shopping Network, Pep Boys, and Office Depot.
- After 18 years in print design, Lou decided to teach herself web and interactive design. In 2001, she was hired by Interactive Knowledge, a company that creates rich-media web sites for cultural institutions and non-profit companies such as the Smithsonian Institution, PBS, The Whitney Museum and The Girl Scouts. Her work has won numerous
awards, including several Macromedia/Adobe 'Site of the Day' selections, Communication Arts 'Site of the Week' reviews, and 'The Scout Report' listings, as well as a finalist in two SXSW competitions and a Webby Award.
