Entering the annual UCDA Design Competition is easier than ever. You can use our online form generator, or print out pdf forms and fill them out and send them in.

Just follow these easy instructions:

Fill out one Form A and attach a complete list of entries.

Include entry fees.

Fill out and securely TAPE a copy of Form B to the BACK of each entry.

When submitting several pieces (as in a series) attach a copy of Form B to the back of each piece, indicating 1 of 4, 2 of 4, etc., in the space provided (or include all pieces in a single envelope).

If a piece is entered in more than one category, you must send a separate sample and entry fee for each category. Attach a copy of Form B to the back of each piece.

For editorial spreads please flush-mount the two-page spread to prevent damage.

For electronic media entries (other than those that can be viewed online), please include three copies of the published CD, DVD, etc. Attach a copy of Form B to each one.

For website or online entries, please include the URL on Form B, and attach a printout (for reference).

Provide an electronic image of the piece(s) you are submitting. Images may be submitted as PDF files, JPGs, or TIFs and saved on a CD or DVD.

Mail your entries to the UCDA Home Office to arrive by the deadline dates.
