For 40 years, UCDA has inspired their members to achieve more, design better and grow professionally. And for 40 years, our membership has helped UCDA grow from an idea of three people, to a strong network of design professionals, inspiring each other with their knowledge, advice and kind words. To honor our 40 years, we turned to our members and asked them to answer one of two questions: what inspires you or why design for education.

The answers are as different and unique as our membership. They are also as inspiring as the original inspirations.
